Exchange Policy

There shall be strictly no refund or changes to the order once payment is confirmed. However, we will accept exchanges for the following conditions.

Wrong Item

If you have received a wrong item or wrong colour, please contact us at hello@playand.store with the relevant details within 3 days of receiving your order. We will advise on the next steps for redelivery of the correct item in exchange for the wrong item delivered. 

The item needs to be unused and in brand new condition, with packaging intact and the original labels (if any) attached to be eligible for an exchange.

If an exchange is granted, we will bear all return shipping costs and arrange courier to pick up the item.

Defective/Damaged or Stained Product

Although every item went through thorough quality checks, it is possible that we may have missed something. Please take photos of the defective item/part and email it to hello@playand.store within 3 days of receiving your item.

We will assess the defects on a case to case basis and offer an exchange for the defective part within 30 days of your purchase if eligible. 

If an exchange is granted, we will bear all return shipping costs and arrange courier to pick up the item. 

Exchange Procedure

Our promise to replace the item does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect, misuse and shipping transit. If the items display signs of normal wear and tear, or is caused by negligence in adherence to washing or care instructions, we will not be able to provide an exchange.

We will send out the replacement item immediately (if available) upon receiving the return. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will send out the item as soon as it is made available again.

Depending on circumstances, the final decision for replacement or exchange for the product will be at our sole discretion.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for all items on sale.
